 Bryan Spaulding is the President and CEO of Spaulding Group. Mr. Spaulding holds three business degrees from Northwood University and sits on several local Boards including Tampa Bay Chapter of The Association for Corporate Growth and the Florida Association of Realtors. Mr. Spaulding is a past Chair of the ACG Florda Capital Connection and is currently President Elect for the Association for Corporate Growth, Tampa Bay Chapter.
Additionally, Mr. Spaulding is a Registered Securities Principle and Registered Financial & Operations Principle holding current Series 7, 24, 28 and 66 Security Licenses. He is also Broker of Record and holds a current and active Florida Real Estate Brokerage License and Florida Insurance License.
Mr. Spaulding believes in sharing deal flow selectively with other highly experienced, qualified financial intermediaries throughout the country.
 Amy C. Cross is the Chief Operating Officer of Spaulding Group Inc. Ms. Cross has diverse financial & marketing experience including working with private equity groups, accredited investors, venture capital and leverage buyout funds.
Through her marketing and capital raising experience, Ms. Cross has developed relationships with lead money managers of the nation's high net worth individuals and institutions. Previously, she worked on the American Stock Exchange as an Index and Equity Option Specialist, as well as an independent market maker. While at the AMEX she taught regulated Exchange classes, presented and represented her firms before the AMEX Board and various committees. She became a Market Correspondent broadcasting for media venues such as CNBC, CNN Headline News, ABC, among others.
Ms. Cross was educated at Rutgers University, Douglass College in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She holds an AMEX Regular Member and Specialist Certification and her Series 7, 66, and 24 Security Licenses as well as her Florida Real Estate Broker License and Health, Life & Annuity Insurance License.
